About The Position

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Sr. Systems Administrator/Project/Lead provides senior-level cloud systems administration, infrastructure management, and operational support for the INSCOM Corporate System Architecture (ICSA) environment. This position is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure, system services, and associated applications supporting HQ INSCOM and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). The individual will support mission-critical operations, maintain compliance with Army and DoD security requirements, and provide technical guidance for Azure cloud administration and infrastructure modernization efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
Minimum five (5) years of recent experience serving in a Senior Azure Administrator role.
Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104 certification required.
Experience with provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience writing and reviewing SOPs, business processes, technical documentation, and CONOPS.
Experience supporting operations within the intelligence community or DoD environments.
Experience with Azure CLI, PowerShell, and cArmy/Azure cloud services.
Strong understanding of governance, security, and systems administration best practices.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Must be eligible for applicable SCI accesses and CI Polygraph if required.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Army or DoD cloud-hosted systems.
Experience with Azure networking, storage, and security configurations.
Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, and eMASS requirements.
Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code concepts.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and maintain Azure cloud virtual machines, storage, services, and associated infrastructure.
Support installation and configuration of systems supporting the ICSA infrastructure applications.
Develop and maintain installation, configuration, and operational procedures for the Microsoft Azure environment.
Maintain and contribute to system standards, policies, and technical documentation.
Deploy ICSA software updates to cloud and web server environments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture of cloud-hosted systems.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, and cloud-related issues.
Support backup, recovery, and continuity operations within Azure environments.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, RMF, STIG, and information assurance requirements.
Support automation activities utilizing PowerShell, Azure CLI, and related administration tools.
Coordinate with Government personnel, developers, database architects, and cybersecurity staff to ensure operational continuity.
Provide technical briefings, knowledge transfer, and user support as required.
Participate in after-hours, on-call, or 24/7 operational support as required.
