Sr. SharePoint Online Administrator (Clearance Required)

About The Position
Connsci is seeking a Sr. SharePoint Online/Power Platform Administrator to work in support of one of our federal clients. This individual will provide senior ‑ level administration, solution development, and governance support for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform within a Microsoft 365 GCC High shared tenant environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- At least 1 year of Azure DevOps experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence ( CoE ) Starter Kit or equivalent governance tooling
- Current Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert; or SharePoint Administrator/Developer certification.
- Experience in GCC or GCC High environments.
- An understanding of SPO security and complex permissions structure.
- Dataverse data modeling and security role design experience
- Experience with JSON formatting, Pow er Fx , and modern SharePoint page design
Responsibilities
- Administer SharePoint Online as Site Collection Administrator
- Manage site provisioning, hub alignment, permissions, and external sharing
- Enforce governance and coordinate changes with tenant administrators
- Manage Power Platform environments, configurations, and connectors
- Monitor usage, solutions, and risk indicators for compliance
- Implement CoE -based governance practices
- Oversee solution intake, maker enablement, and lifecycle tracking
- Prevent shadow IT and solution sprawl
- Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder
- Ensure accessibility (Section 508), compliance, and documentation
- Manage source control, pipelines, and environment promotion using Azure DevOps
- Enforce versioning, change control, and deployment standards
- Apply role-based access and least-privilege principles
- Support audits, security reviews, and compliance efforts
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise stakeholders
- Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support
- Deliver user training and maintain documentation (SOPs, knowledge base)
- Continuously improve governance and support processes
