About The Position

Join MoFo as an Intranet Analyst on the Information Technology team. This role focuses on shaping the digital front door of the firm, MoFo Connect, which is an intranet built on Infodash within SharePoint Online. The analyst will ensure the platform remains accurate, intuitive, and valuable for attorneys and business professionals. Working closely with IT and content owners, the role involves hands-on maintenance and improvement of the platform, keeping content fresh, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall user experience. This position offers an opportunity to build product and platform expertise while driving day-to-day intranet quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 2 years of experience with SharePoint Online or a similar intranet platform
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online (page editing, permissions, basic site administration)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Power Automate)
  • Comfortable using content management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Clear, professional communicator comfortable working with all levels of staff
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-spotting instincts
  • Ability to manage a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in content coordination, web publishing, or digital communications
  • Exposure to a law firm or professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administration of MoFo Connect (SharePoint Online/Infodash), including page updates, navigation, permissions, and web part configuration
  • Partner with IT on site administration tasks, user access, and feature testing
  • Monitor site health and escalate content or technical issues as needed
  • Work with content owners across the firm to keep intranet content accurate and up to date
  • Create, publish, and maintain content following firm standards
  • Conduct regular content reviews and improve organization and tagging for searchability
  • Serve as a primary contact for intranet questions and requests
  • Guide content owners on SharePoint/Infodash tools and best practices
  • Help develop user guides and training materials; escalate technical issues to IT
  • Compile usage analytics and support reporting and planning
  • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with intranet projects, site launches, and enhancements
