About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual responsible for project management, focusing on planning, managing the program framework, collaborating across teams, and driving projects to completion, with a focus on producing actionable results and insights to drive improvements, to join our team as a Sr. Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and project management, with experience in roadmapping, gathering team insights, and managing frameworks using Azure DevOps (ADO). This individual must be comfortable communicating directly with all levels of leadership and various departments. Maintaining strong relationships, communicating proactively, and supporting daily operations that align with the team’s goals and objectives are critical to the role’s success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Must be able to work remotely in North Dakota or Minnesota. Applicants not currently residing in one of these states will not be considered.
  • 5+ years experience in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps (ADO) projects.
  • Ability to think strategically, manage execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
  • Passion for excellence and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Executive presence and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve framework Azure DevOps (ADO) templates.
  • Organize and lead team recurring meetings.
  • Set agenda and capture key discussion points, action items, wins, blockers, and items needing attention.
  • Facilitate and participate in creating team framework documentation.
  • Coordinate with program director for road mapping, progress, health, and roadblocks.
  • Coordinate Partner meetings and workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Administer SharePoint environments/lists/forms/workflows.
