This role is responsible for developing and increasing the end-user customer base through effective communication, needs assessment, and solution recommendations. The Territory Manager will perform onsite equipment demonstrations, make application recommendations for welding and positioning equipment, and develop long-term supply relationships. This position works as part of a team to provide customer solutions and is expected to meet or exceed rental and sales goals within their market area. Responsibilities include compiling prospective customer lists, maintaining accurate sales call reports and expenses, and providing customer follow-up. Other related duties as required.
