About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager, Development provides senior-level project and portfolio management support for site development and hard cost delivery activities within Field Technology Operations in Overland Park, Kansas. The role is an operational lead and first point of escalation for development-related work, including leasing, zoning, permitting, regulatory compliance, construction coordination, vendor performance, forecasting, and schedule adherence for new and modified telecommunications sites. The position works closely with RF, Operations, Construction, Real Estate, vendors, and market leadership to align priorities, remove roadblocks, manage risk, and support timely, quality delivery. The successful candidate is expected to be self-directed, assess priorities, anticipate challenges, guide cross-functional partners, and escalate critical issues when appropriate. The role also supports recurring vendor and internal deployment calls, portfolio reporting, executive updates, management plans, process documentation, deliverable schedules, and other tools used to support team performance and business objectives. Other duties, programs, and projects may be assigned by business management. Travel is required. The role is not DOT-regulated and is not safety-sensitive. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
