About The Position

A leading professional networking company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its go-to-market strategic initiatives team in transitioning from AI-assisted to AI-native program management. The role will build and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and tools that support the daily work of program managers and automate recurring program management tasks. The position owns the automation roadmap and phasing, develops reliable workflows that interact with systems of record, and delivers usable outputs every one to two weeks. It also measures impact, communicates results to leadership, maintains a reusable internal library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates, and leads adoption through pairing, documentation, and office hours. The role champions responsible AI practices, including data privacy, confidentiality, accuracy, and appropriate human review. This is a six-month W2 assignment, working 40 hours per week. The position is hybrid, based in New York, San Francisco, or Detroit, with at least two onsite days per week and flexible onsite days. Hourly pay is $65–$85.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience building LLM-based tools, such as agents, copilots, or prompt/skill libraries, used by non-technical team members.

  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, and/or Power Platform.

  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, complex initiatives from 0 to 1.
  • Program management literacy, including the ability to read charters, RAID logs, dependency maps, and decks to assess what is suitable for automation.
  • Change management or enablement experience, such as running office hours and training users.
  • Experience defining an internal reusable asset library of templates, skills, and prompts.
  • A clear, strategic perspective on applying agentic systems to drive business outcomes.

  • Embed AI into program managers' workflows through reusable automations, agents, and a prompt and skills library.
  • Progress toward orchestrated capabilities such as proactive risk detection, dependency mapping, and cross-program analysis.
  • Architect, build, and deploy automated workflows to replace manual work such as status updates, meeting preparation and follow-up, progress-to-goal tracking, decision logs, and playbook generation.
  • Build workflows that pull from and write to systems of record, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and BI systems, while managing schema, permissions, and refresh to maintain production reliability.
  • Ship usable outputs every one to two weeks, define impact measures such as time saved per program manager, recurring work automated, and active usage per asset, and explain technical capabilities to leadership.
  • Create and maintain an internal library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates.
  • Lead enablement and adoption by pairing with program managers, handing over ownership, running office hours, and writing documentation for non-technical users.
  • Champion governance and responsible AI by raising data-handling, confidentiality, and accuracy risks, defining where human review is required, and ensuring compliance with responsible AI and data privacy standards.
