About The Position

The Sr. Program Manager, People Tech & Operations is a strategic partner to the leader of Blue Origin’s People Ops & Tech organization and a core member of its leadership team. The organization runs the technology and service engine behind the employee experience, supporting software and agile teams with more than 50 enhancement projects at a time, as well as an HR Service Center that resolves more than 60,000 employee service requests annually.
