The Pick Up and Return Point (PARP) team manages Amazon's global network of lockers and counters where customers pick up orders or process returns. We exist to serve customers through a network that improves transporter safety, reduces cost to serve, and enables incremental selection, while making package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. We accelerate adoption by driving customer awareness, conversion, retention, and partner satisfaction. PARP is experiencing tremendous growth and transformation. The Senior Product Marketing Manager, PARP Strategy will drive the strategic initiatives that enable PARP to achieve its growth targets. This role owns the customer-facing growth levers (eligibility, discoverability, conversion, and retention) and can also encompass strategic initiatives related to network expansion and new delivery models that increase PARP's reach and adoption. You will lead some of the largest and most visible initiatives across the organization, working with Country PARP teams, regional Ops teams, Amazon Logistics (AMZL), science, technology, product, UX, engineering, and central support teams to develop and execute strategies that accelerate the business flywheel. The individual will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive execution across the full customer adoption journey. This includes defining what we build, how customers experience it, and how we scale it globally. The role requires authoring and driving high-stakes documents at VP/SVP levels to shape investment decisions and strategic direction for PARP.
