In this role, you will support the end‑to‑end management, development, and execution of the global product calendar, innovation pipeline, and product marketing strategies across categories. You will ensure that product strategy strengthens the overarching brand narrative while driving growth and market share across key regions and retail partners. You will drive category and competitive analytics, concept development and product positioning and champion cross‑functional alignment to deliver on‑time, high‑impact product launches. This position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for beauty products, product marketing and new product development. The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking, innovative marketer who is agile, self‑motivated, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, quantitative and qualitative analytics, and tactical tasks.
