About The Position

As a Sr Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing efforts for new product launches within VetLab, driving go-to-market strategies, positioning, and customer adoption. In this role, you will define compelling messaging, enable sales teams, and champion customer insights to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy and deliver measurable business impact through innovative marketing approaches. The VetLab organization focuses on delivering diagnostic solutions that empower veterinarians with actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to bring new products and features to market while aligning global and regional needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Strong ability to influence, persuade, and build alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of healthcare or diagnostic technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product features and major releases
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Medical, and Training teams
  • Ensure regional considerations are incorporated into launch planning and execution
  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze performance to optimize adoption and retention
  • Engage directly with customers to gather insights and inform product and marketing strategies
  • Identify risks and proactively communicate challenges, opportunities, and solutions
  • Mentor and support team members as needed
