About the position
The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in transforming the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business by launching new and innovative technologies on the B2B platform, Allē for Business. This role will involve collaborating with product and commercial teams to understand user needs, developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing moments, and tracking customer journeys. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for executing GTM plans, ensuring brand excellence, staying updated on industry trends, and representing Allē and Allergan Aesthetics brands in internal and external communications. Strong experience in product marketing, fintech knowledge, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and commercial teams to understand and prioritize the needs of users and shape the launch of new products and features.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and messaging, to drive adoption for the B2B and payments ecosystem.
- Create marketing moments to create awareness for technology solutions and differentiate the company in the market.
- Track customer journeys and identify key intervention points for educational and sales opportunities.
- Create and execute GTM plans to enable field sales, customer success, and customer support teams.
- Adapt communication style for maximum reach, engagement, and impact.
- Drive vision and execution of creative deliverables in partnership with internal and external creative partners.
- Ensure brand and creative excellence while adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in fintech and product marketing.
- Understand the needs of medical aesthetics practices and different customers.
- Represent the company and its brands in internal and external communications.
- Support smooth operations by managing administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree and 6-8 years of product marketing or product management experience with a SaaS brand.
- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including financial products, services, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and "money movement" in understandable ways.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to product marketing.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience building products with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage complex projects and keep work streams on track.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Extreme attention to organization and detail.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6-8 years of product marketing or product management experience with a SaaS brand
- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory considerations
- Ability to explain technical concepts and "money movement" in ways that everyday people can understand and appreciate
- Data-driven, analytical approach to product marketing
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience building products with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers, designers, UX researchers, and program managers
- Ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects, and keep disparate work streams on track
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Extreme attention to organization and detail
- Digitally savvy and comfortable with new technologies (e.g., Confluence / Jira, MIRO, Loom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
