About The Position

Join a team building capabilities that apply AI to simplify and automate enterprise system observability. This role helps define how observability solutions collect telemetry and monitor the health, performance, and usage of ArcGIS systems. The platform observes traditional and cloud infrastructure, software components, and operational metrics to help organizations understand system behavior, detect anomalies, optimize performance, and plan capacity across complex ArcGIS deployments. The team is evolving these capabilities to incorporate AI-assisted and agentic operations, allowing administrators to interact with system telemetry using natural language. These capabilities support system health inquiries, capacity forecasting, root cause analysis, maintenance-event planning, and AI-assisted troubleshooting and remediation for enterprise ArcGIS environments.
