About The Position

As a Product Engineer II on the ArcGIS Monitor team, you will help build capabilities that apply AI to simplify and automate enterprise system observability. You will help define how observability solutions collect telemetry and monitor the health, performance, and usage of ArcGIS systems. The platform observes and analyzes traditional and cloud infrastructure, software components, and operational metrics to help organizations understand system behavior, detect anomalies, optimize performance, and plan capacity across complex ArcGIS deployments. The team is evolving observability capabilities to include AI-assisted and agentic operations, allowing administrators to interact with system telemetry using natural language. These capabilities support system health inquiries, capacity forecasting, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and AI-assisted troubleshooting and remediation for enterprise ArcGIS environments. The role works across software development, testing, product requirements, user experience, documentation, and validation of AI-assisted workflows.
