About The Position

The Sr. Product Engineer will help define and develop observability capabilities for ArcGIS systems, including capabilities that use AI to simplify and automate enterprise system observability. The role focuses on how the platform collects telemetry and monitors system health, performance, and usage across traditional and cloud infrastructure, software components, and operational metrics. The platform helps organizations understand system behavior, detect anomalies, optimize performance, and plan capacity across complex ArcGIS deployments. The position also contributes to evolving the product toward AI-assisted and agentic operations, including natural-language interactions with system telemetry. These capabilities support system health inquiries, capacity forecasting, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and AI-assisted troubleshooting and remediation for enterprise ArcGIS environments. The role is based in the Redlands, California area; relocation assistance may be available.
