About The Position

The Sr. Processing officer is accountable for handling a variety of high risk and high dollar value transactions related to Entitlements Income Payment and Distribution. The responsibilities include payment reconciliation and providing professional, timely and efficient service to branch (client) requests through the income processing of complex and often multi-product financial transactions within CMWMO Capital Markets/Wealth Management Operations. You will be required to perform reconciliation, research and investigate payments and administrative requests while applying the appropriate rules and regulations to ensure transactions are processed with consistency and accuracy. You will work with colleagues and management to improve the quality of client service delivered to our clients, provide guidance to more junior staff as required and seek opportunities to streamline processes. You’ll make sure client satisfaction and productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met or exceeded by following well-defined procedures and guidelines and escalating issues as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail skills - Review and validate information with high levels of accuracy and under pressure in a challenging and changing environment.
  • Service Excellence/ Managing Multiple Priorities - Simplify our processes and improve the client and partner experience through bringing up continuous improvement ideas and projects and helping bring this ideas to reality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, prioritizing your day to day tasks on a timely manner, managing to meet all our SLA on a same day basis.
  • Previous Processing experience - Familiarity with income payment processing on ADP/Global Framework, depository system CDS/DTC/Euroclear/SWIFT, as well as understanding of the Entitlement Income Payment, Distribution and Settlement.
  • You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.
