As a Senior Operations Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical leadership role in helping our teams win that work. In this position, you will lead high-profile pursuits from strategy through delivery—guiding cross-functional teams, shaping win strategies, and ensuring compelling, client-focused messaging. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, business development leaders, and senior leadership to align pursuit strategies with client needs and SSOE’s differentiators. The ideal candidate should be graphically inclined to create aesthetically pleasing layouts in line with brand standards but also have a strong understanding of marketing concepts, including positioning, target markets, and strategy. This role goes beyond coordination, serving as both a partner and project manager to bring together diverse inputs, drive clarity, and elevate the quality and effectiveness of proposals and presentations across SSOE’s key markets. We’re looking for a team player who is energetic, organized, creative, and self-motivated. As part of our commitment to innovation, all team members will be trained on Microsoft Copilot and empowered to use it as a core tool in their everyday work.
