About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Operations serves as a key operational partner supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across Oak Street Health. This role manages the day-to-day intake, coordination, tracking, and reporting of creative projects while helping ensure marketing deliverables are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and compliant with organizational requirements. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Sr. Analyst acts as a central point of coordination between marketing stakeholders, creative teams, legal, clinical, and compliance partners. This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and visibility across workstreams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working within project management systems (Asana preferred) and workflow tools.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and review groups.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the marketing project management platform (Asana), including project intake, task creation, timeline management, and workflow maintenance.
  • Coordinate creative projects from intake through delivery, ensuring stakeholders, creative teams, and reviewers remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate timeline changes or resource constraints.
  • Support project prioritization and resourcing efforts by maintaining accurate project data and reporting.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure requests are actionable and complete.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools that provide visibility into project volume, team capacity, turnaround times, and operational performance.
  • Analyze project and resource data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain portfolio-level reporting and provide regular updates to marketing leadership on project status, workload, and team performance.
  • Review creative deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements before stakeholder review.
  • Manage legal, clinical, and compliance review workflows to ensure marketing materials receive required approvals prior to deployment.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback and translate revisions into clear, actionable direction for creative teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, communication processes, and project management practices to increase efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, automations, and workflow enhancements that improve team operations and stakeholder experience.
