The Senior Multi-Site Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) helps prospective residents find a home by following up with leads, sharing information about the community and neighborhood, and conducting personalized tours that lead to leases. The role also supports resident loyalty and promotes the community through social media. The schedule includes working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community to generate new leases.

Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
