The Sr. Manager in Sales Operation- North America, is a leadership role with wide range of responsibilities accountable from long-short range forecasting to final delivery execution. This role serves as the central point of coordination between regional sales team, manufacturing operations, and product groups to ensure that demands are accurately forecasted, orders properly configured, and final delivery to customers on time with zero defects. The ideal candidate is expected to provide leadership and accountability in forecasting, overall delivery execution, managing prioritization, customer and key stakeholders’ escalations, and frequent executive messaging/ presentations.
