About The Position

The Global Customer Operations Group brings industry insights and experience to help our customers deliver on their technology roadmaps. The Sr. Manager in Sales Operation- North America, is a leadership role with wide range of responsibilities accountable from long-short range forecasting to final delivery execution. This role serves as the central point of coordination between regional sales team, manufacturing operations, and product groups to ensure that demands are accurately forecasted, orders properly configured, and final delivery to customers on time with zero defects. The ideal candidate is expected to provide leadership and accountability in forecasting, overall delivery execution, managing prioritization, customer and key stakeholders’ escalations, and frequent executive messaging/ presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering to commitments in a complex, high-mix, low-volume environment
  • Deep understanding of execution metrics such as: Shipment delivery performance, Forecast accuracy and stability, Configuration control and change management, Critical escalation management, Executive messaging and presentation
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution across operations and supply chain teams
  • People management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Hands-On Knowledge in semiconductor industry
  • Strong problem-solving capability in fast-paced execution environments
