Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
  • Seven years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related role

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
  • CRM and life-cycle marketing experience
  • Project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Exceptional written and executive presentation skills, with experience developing and delivering strategic presentations tailored to leadership and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand and its relation to positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics
  • Business acumen with the ability to research and provide innovative business and competitive analytics, positioning, and strategies toward fulfilling marketing opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of end-to-end member journeys, mapping key lifecycle stages and defining the moments that matter to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Build and operationalize segmentation strategies, translating enterprise segments into actionable marketing approaches that better serve diverse member needs.
  • Own key marketing models (e.g., next best offer, attrition) from a strategic lens—identifying gaps, refining existing models, and shaping future capabilities.
  • Guide an integrated channel strategy across digital and traditional platforms, with a focus on expanding into under-utilized channels to broaden reach, increase engagement, and drive measurable impact.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, partnering with analytics teams to inform strategies, evaluate performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead forecasting efforts and ROI analysis, helping the organization make informed, high-impact marketing investments.
  • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, finance, and MarTech teams to align strategies, define requirements, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee marketing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, while guiding teams to execute against a cohesive lifecycle strategy.
  • Own performance storytelling—consolidating insights, leading business reviews, and delivering clear, strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient allocation, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Mentor team members and act as a strategic thought partner, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
