About The Position

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Executive Support, Collaboration Platforms, and Unified Communications Services (UCS). This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, “white-glove” experience for executives, ensuring reliability of collaboration tools, and driving operational excellence across enterprise communication services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT operations, workplace technology, or collaboration/UC services
  • Minimum of three (3) years of people leadership experience
  • Experience supporting executives/VIP users
  • Strong background in collaboration platforms and/or unified communications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and ITIL practices preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Executive/VIP support with high-touch service, rapid incident response, and meeting/event readiness
  • Own collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, conferencing tools) including reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Manage Unified Communications Services including voice, video, conferencing, and meeting room technologies
  • Drive AI, automation, and self-service capabilities to reduce ServiceDesk dependency and improve user experience
  • Establish operational metrics (SLA/SLO, MTTR, CSAT) and lead incident, problem, and change management practices
  • Partner with Security, Network, and Compliance teams to ensure governance and reliability
  • Lead vendor management, and roadmap execution for workplace technologies
  • Build and develop a high-performing team
