About the position
Public.com is seeking an experienced growth practitioner to join their performance marketing team. The role involves leveraging paid media channels to grow the user base while maintaining profitable unit economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing acquisition funnels across multiple channels, as well as managing a multi-million dollar budget. They will also collaborate with various teams to prioritize growth initiatives and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. This is a highly impactful role in a company focused on growth.
Responsibilities
- Allocate and manage a multi-million dollar budget across various paid media channels
- Strategize, execute, and optimize acquisition funnels across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google UAC, TikTok, DSPs, etc.)
- Contribute creative ideas and manage the creative testing process
- A/B test audience-channel-creative combinations and refine targeting profiles
- Communicate results to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with brand marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to prioritize growth initiatives
Requirements
- Experienced growth practitioner with a background in campaign optimization and data analysis
- Deep understanding of ad creative and different acquisition channels
- Ability to allocate and manage a multi-million dollar budget across paid media channels
- Proficiency in strategizing, executing, and optimizing acquisition funnels across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google UAC, TikTok, DSPs, etc.)
- Strong creative testing skills and ability to contribute winning ad creative ideas
- A/B testing expertise in audience-channel-creative combinations
- Effective communication skills to report results to leadership and stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration with brand marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams
- Willingness to work in the NYC office a minimum of 3 days a week.
