Operations Analyst, Risk

The job overview for this position is that the fraud & risk management analyst will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraud on a daily basis, as well as developing long-term fraud identification processes and procedures. They will manage existing processes and functions, investigate suspicious activity, and ensure the platform remains safe from bad actors.

• Identify and prevent fraud on a daily basis
• Develop long-term fraud identification processes and procedures
• Manage existing processes and functions related to fraud and risk management
• Check dashboards and investigate suspicious activity to keep the platform safe from bad actors
• Launch new controls and processes in collaboration with the Data Analytics Team
• Analyze data to detect new ways to identify and mitigate fraud
• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor the business
• Work with 3rd party vendors to incorporate new signals and technologies
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams to scale and automate successful processes

• Experience in fraud and risk management
• Ability to identify and prevent fraud on a daily basis
• Knowledge of developing long-term fraud identification processes and procedures
• Proficiency in managing existing processes and functions related to fraud and risk management
• Ability to investigate suspicious activity and ensure platform safety
• Experience in launching new controls and processes
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and fraud detection
• Ability to develop dashboards and tools for monitoring business
• Familiarity with incorporating new signals and technologies from 3rd party vendors
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams
• Ability to scale and automate successful processes
