About the position
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships to cultivate relationships with various partners for Level's consumer business. This role involves driving communication, implementing plans, and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, account management, and B2B sales, as well as a keen interest in smart home technology. They should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The main responsibilities include cultivating partnerships, delivering on business targets, creating long-term value, developing co-marketing activities, and executing Level's strategic vision within B2B verticals.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate partnerships through regular communication and relationship building based on integrity and trust
- Deliver on business targets
- Create long-term value for Level by executing on current plan and creating new revenue generating programs with partners
- Develop plans for co-marketing activities and work with internal teams to implement according to Level's brand guidelines
- Maintain knowledge of Level's and broader smart home technologies and partner closely with product and engineering teams
- Build business cases for new opportunities with partners by leveraging analytical skills, creativity, and negotiation skills
- Execute on initiatives with partners by building detailed project plans and collaboration with internal partners
- Execute on Level's strategic vision for various B2B verticals
- Manage the execution of new business, including identifying key partners, forming and managing relationships, execution of contracts, and project management of launches
- Create and execute comprehensive plans to drive sell-through within B2B channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to deliver on business targets
- Experience in creating long-term value through revenue generating programs with partners
- Knowledge of co-marketing activities and ability to implement according to brand guidelines
- Familiarity with smart home technologies and ability to partner with product and engineering teams
- Analytical skills for building business cases and negotiating with partners
- Project management skills for executing initiatives and launches
- Ability to drive sell-through within B2B channels
