About the position
We are seeking a Business Strategy Lead for Consumer Growth to join our team at Level. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth in our consumer business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building business cases, tracking results, and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, they will oversee the planning cadence for the consumer team and collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation of projects. Responsibilities
- Strategy development for consumer engagement and growth initiatives (analysis of competitive offerings, building business plan, etc.)
- Own projects from concept through implementation - ensuring collaboration across marketing, sales, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Testing and tracking results for growth initiatives, ensuring we are exceeding targets and adjusting where necessary to meet customer and business needs
- Evaluate business growth initiatives and present to senior management for consideration
- Ownership of the management of the planning cadence for the consumer team including driving the annual planning and KPI development and tracking across the teams.
Requirements
- Experience in modeling business strategies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to develop business cases for strategic initiatives

- Experience in tracking and evaluating results for growth initiatives
