The Senior Manager, Sales Education & Training is responsible for developing and leading commercial training and enablement programs that improve sales effectiveness and support organizational growth. This role partners with Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other key participants to create learning experiences that strengthen selling skills, industry knowledge, leadership development, and commercial execution.

This position will play a critical role in advancing talent development across the commercial organization and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial training, learning and development, sales operations, or a related field
• Experience designing and leading large-scale training and development programs
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across multiple functions
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and using data to improve outcomes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Passion for talent development and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of commercial training and sales enablement programs
• Design scalable learning frameworks and development paths for new sellers, experienced sellers, and sales leaders
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and align training programs to business priorities
• Develop training focused on sales effectiveness, industry knowledge, customer engagement, and solution selling
• Oversee content strategy, instructional design, and training delivery methods
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners to develop and maintain learning content
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, leadership presentations, and enablement programs
• Establish and track metrics to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact
• Continuously improve training programs using learner feedback and performance data
• Serve as the central point of coordination for commercial learning and development initiatives
