About The Position

The Sr. Manager RGM Trade Promo (TPM/TPO) Lead is an individual-contributor role responsible for improving trade-investment productivity so that markets run fewer, better, and more profitable promotional events. The role sets global promotional direction and standards, including investment guardrails, and leads the global deployment of Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) together with Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Mondelez Digital Services (MDS), and the flying team. It works through Regional and Market RGM leaders to strengthen trade-investment productivity across markets. The position owns the global TPO and TPM product roadmaps, backlogs, releases, deployment plan, adoption targets, and TPO AI use case and value hypothesis. It defines standards for incrementality, ROI, opportunity sizing, baselines, and post-event evaluation; aligns promotion decisions with price and pack choices and demand and supply plans; and monitors results, recommendation overrides, and deployment readiness. The role also codifies effective practices and builds capability through playbooks, ways of working, coaching, and a practitioner community. The position is expected to bring deep expertise in CPG trade promotion management and optimization, including promotional guardrails, incrementality, ROI, elasticity, cannibalization, halo effects, and post-event evaluation. It requires strong digital and product-management capability, fluency in AI-assisted analytics, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex change across regions. The posting specifies 8–10 years of relevant experience. The base salary range is $140,300 to $192,940, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus program. No relocation support is available.
