Sr. TPM Engineer

Bosch Group•Lincolnton, NC

About The Position

The Sr. TPM Engineer defines, develops, coordinates, and sustains the processes, systems, standards, and governance needed to deploy the TEF3 maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. The role partners with the TEF3 Leader to drive structured improvement, coordinate Electrical Safety (Lo-ES), and align cross-functional teams in support of consistent maintenance excellence across Lct101 and Lct102. The engineer translates maintenance strategy into TPM roadmaps and implementation plans; coordinates TPM pillar activities, maturity assessments, and gap-closure efforts; and tracks deployment actions. The position designs and improves maintenance processes and workflows, defines requirements and governance for maintenance systems and digital tools, and supports standardized maintenance practices, audits, and corrective actions. The role also coordinates plant-level electrical safety requirements, governs maintenance KPIs and data requirements, identifies performance trends, and supports competence development and knowledge management. In partnership with the TEF3 Leader, the engineer coordinates strategic maintenance initiatives and leads cross-functional improvement projects, providing progress updates and addressing implementation barriers.
