About The Position

The TPM Manager helps implement Mondelēz International’s operational excellence program within a specific function and/or through cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. The role applies CI tools and techniques to solve problems and improve performance while helping employees develop their CI skills and self-sufficiency.

The position provides training and coaching on CI methods, identifies improvement needs with department leads, facilitates improvement sessions, and supports execution. It also validates the benefits of completed improvements, helps establish new standards and qualify team members in new processes, and benchmarks external best practices for possible deployment with internal partners.

Requirements

• Experience implementing continuous improvement processes, such as TPM in manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Logical thinking and the ability to influence.
• Results-oriented approach and preparedness to deal with ambiguity.
• Relevant experience such as continuous improvement manager, team leader, or area manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help teams work through CI cycles.
• Coach employees to help them achieve their targets.
• Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions, and support execution of improvements.
• Validate the benefits of completed improvements.
• Support the creation of new standards and qualification of team members in new working processes.
• Benchmark externally and, where relevant, deploy best practices and new tools in collaboration with internal partners.
