Sr. TPM Engineer

Bosch Group•Lincolnton, NC

About The Position

The Sr. TPM Engineer defines, develops, coordinates, and sustains the processes, systems, standards, and governance needed to deploy the TEF3 maintenance and TPM strategy. The role partners with the TEF3 Leader to drive structured improvement, coordinate Electrical Safety (Lo-ES), and align functions to advance maintenance excellence consistently across Lct101 and Lct102. The position translates the maintenance strategy into a TPM roadmap and implementation plans; coordinates TPM pillar activities, maturity assessments, gap closure, and improvement initiatives; and tracks deployment through to sustained execution. It designs and improves maintenance processes, workflows, roles, and interfaces, and defines functional requirements and governance for systems including SAP PM, MAE, MAZE, dashboards, and related digital tools. The role develops standardized maintenance processes, routines, procedures, and governance, and establishes audits and management routines to support compliance. It coordinates plant implementation of Electrical Safety (Lo-ES) standards, including assessments, corrective actions, documentation, qualifications, and sustained compliance. It also governs maintenance KPIs and data requirements, identifies trends for improvement, defines competence and qualification needs, and coordinates knowledge-transfer and development actions. The Sr. TPM Engineer supports the TEF3 Leader with strategic maintenance initiatives across both plants and leads cross-functional improvement projects involving processes, systems, standards, governance, and organizational interfaces. The position provides progress transparency and coordinates escalation and corrective actions when implementation barriers arise.
