About The Position

This role coordinates yard, material-handling, inventory, and shipping operations for air handling units, working both in the office and on the floor in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts and working in industrial environments.
• Understanding of yard management and inventory control processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on the floor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, yard management, manufacturing, or material-handling operations.
• Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for air handling units.
• Manage yard organization, storage locations, and material flow throughout the facility.
• Support forklift and material-handling operations.
• Ensure outbound shipments are loaded accurately and on time.
• Track inventory and product movement within the yard and storage areas.
• Monitor operational performance and communicate issues to leadership as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating equipment, labor, and loading priorities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and shipping documentation.
• Follow company safety policies and customer requirements.
