About The Position

The SR Manager Operations coordinates loading and unloading, yard organization, material flow, and inventory activities while supporting equipment and labor scheduling, shipment accuracy, operational performance, and compliance with safety policies and customer requirements. The role involves working both in the office and on the floor.

Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts and working in industrial environments.
• Understanding of yard management and inventory control processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on the floor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, yard management, manufacturing, or material handling operations.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for air handling units.
• Manage yard organization, storage locations, and material flow throughout the facility.
• Support forklift and material handling operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure outbound shipments are loaded accurately and on time.
• Track inventory and product movement within the yard and storage areas.
• Monitor operational performance and communicate issues to leadership as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating equipment, labor, and loading priorities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and shipping documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and customer requirements.
