About The Position

This role is for a Sr. Manager, Medical Information & Training who will be responsible for answering unsolicited HCP and patient inquiries, ensuring scientifically accurate and compliant content, and onboarding and upskilling the Medical Affairs team. This position offers an opportunity to build foundational processes and knowledge resources as the company scales its US presence, focusing on obesity, amylin biology, and the petrelintide pipeline. The role is located in the Northeast USA and can be remote or hybrid.

Requirements

• PharmD required
• Experience in medical information and/or medical communications within pharma or biotech
• Experience designing and delivering training programs (adult learning and assessment methodology)
• Strong understanding of MLR review processes and compliance requirements in medical communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate scientific content for varied audiences
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Compliance, Regulatory, Commercial, and MSLs

Responsibilities

• Answer unsolicited HCP and patient inquiries with scientifically sound, timely responses
• Own (author) and continuously update standard response documents
• Ensure scientific accuracy and compliant content through MLR review
• Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance on early asset development inquiries
• Track inquiry trends and surface insights upstream to feed the GMA insights engine
• Onboard and train the Medical Affairs team using adult learning and assessment best practices
• Own and maintain the team's knowledge base across obesity, amylin, and petrelintide
• Lead ongoing product and systems training, and serve as a go-to triage resource cross-functionally
