About The Position

SiTime is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Facilities to lead facilities operations, strategy, and capital projects across the company's worldwide locations. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Finance, Engineering, IT, HR, and site leaders around the world, and requires someone who can balance long-term real estate and capital strategy with the immediate, practical needs of a fast-growing public semiconductor company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including experience managing multiple sites across regions/countries, ideally in semiconductor, technology, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience managing office and lab facilities in a fast-growing, scaling environment
  • Direct experience leading corporate build-outs, relocations, or major capital/construction projects from planning through occupancy
  • Strong track record negotiating vendor contracts and commercial real estate leases
  • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, life-safety), facilities insurance, and applicable codes/regulations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent project and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and competing priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the judgment to work effectively with employees, site leaders, and senior executives across cultures and geographies
  • Comfort partnering with Engineering on technical/lab space requirements
  • Proficiency with facilities management or CMMS tools; strong Excel/budgeting skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed and to be responsive across time zones

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a publicly traded semiconductor or hardware company
  • Experience with cleanroom, lab, or other specialized technical space requirements
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Familiarity with sustainability/LEED principles
  • Experience standing up facilities operations in new countries or opening new sites

Responsibilities

  • Own facilities operations across SiTime's worldwide sites (Santa Clara, San Jose, Tempe, Korea, Munich, China, Shanghai), including building systems, HVAC, electrical, janitorial, security, and general maintenance
  • Establish consistent facilities standards and preventive maintenance practices across sites while adapting to local requirements at each location
  • Serve as escalation point for facilities issues globally, working with local site contacts, property managers, and vendor
  • Lead the build-out of SiTime's new headquarters buildout in Santa Clara, coordinating with architects, general contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders from design through move-in
  • Plan and execute space planning and reconfiguration across global sites to keep pace with SiTime's rapid headcount growth
  • Manage furniture, signage, and move logistics for office expansions, relocations, or new site openings
  • Own lease administration and renewals across all sites, including negotiating terms, tracking key dates, and managing landlord relationships
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with facilities vendors (janitorial, security, food service, maintenance, construction, and other service providers) across regions
  • Manage facilities-related insurance programs (e.g., property, general liability) in coordination with Finance/Legal, ensuring appropriate coverage across all sites
  • Own the global facilities budget, track spend against forecast by site, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing in coordination with Finance
  • Provide input into capital planning for new sites, expansions, and major projects
  • Partner closely with Engineering teams to plan, build out, and maintain lab space that meets technical, safety, and equipment requirements
  • Translate engineering and R&D space needs into facilities project plans and budgets
  • Support lab-specific infrastructure needs (power, cooling, gas/chemical handling, specialized ventilation, etc.) in coordination with EHS and Engineering
  • Ensure workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness plans, and life-safety systems are current and compliant with local, state, and country-specific regulations
  • Partner with EHS and HR on incident response, ergonomics, and safety training across all sites
  • Maintain compliance with building codes, ADA/local accessibility requirements, and applicable environmental regulations
  • Own workplace amenities and services that support a positive in-office experience at each site (food/beverage programs, wellness spaces, conference room technology, etc.)
  • Support company events, all-hands meetings, and executive visits with facilities logistics
  • Act as a visible, responsive point of contact for employees on workplace matters, both locally and at remote sites
  • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and advance sustainability goals across SiTime's global facilities footprint
