About The Position

This is a global role responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management across all 25+ offices and project responsibilities for other global initiatives. This includes security, maintenance, transportation, vendor management, and compliance with local regulations. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and high-quality workplace experience for all global employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations in India
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
  • Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance, and space planning tools
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management across all US, India, and UK locations, approximately 25 locations
  • Develop and lead emergency response coordination for office openings, closures, and business continuity
  • Oversee office expansions, relocations, renovations, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency
  • Partner with IT Security & the Health & Safety committees to ensure that all the periodic walk throughs are completed on time
  • Assist and manage the roll out of our new ‘Service Now’ platform and work to develop out of the box capabilities for the Facilities module
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and company policies
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping services, including security, access control, fire safety, pest control, and sanitation
  • Responsible for physical security i.e. CCTV, physical access controls, security, environmental controls
  • Coordinate employee transportation services and schedules
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and facility guidelines
  • Monitor facility conditions and plan for short- and long-term improvements
  • Recruit and manage facility staff and third-party service providers
  • Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, security access, and operational reports
  • Implement and monitor security systems and loss prevention measures
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and critical issues
  • Provide leadership and accountability for assigned teams and contractors
  • Ensure all facility equipment is maintained and operational
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
