About The Position

MinIO is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Channel Partner Marketing to build and run marketing for its channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and global systems integrators. The role focuses primarily on joint marketing plans with global focus partners, with additional responsibility for programs that keep the wider partner community informed, engaged, and ready to sell. Some programs are in early form, while others will need to be created, giving the role room to shape the channel marketing approach. The position develops and manages quarterly joint marketing plans for the top five focus partners, with clear pipeline goals. It works closely with Partner Managers and account executives to align plans with partner business plans and strategic accounts, and executes co-branded campaigns, webinars, content, and account-based programs intended to generate partner-sourced pipeline. The role reviews results with partners quarterly and adjusts investment based on performance. The role also manages partner communications, including a regular newsletter, partner webinars, and a communications calendar coordinated with campaign and demand generation priorities. It plans and supports partner field events and regional activities globally, manages event commitments and follow-up, tracks events and ROI in Salesforce, and coordinates partner presence at major shows with the corporate events team. In addition, it runs ongoing digital programs for partner sellers in collaboration with digital and campaign teams. Candidates should bring substantial B2B marketing experience, including channel or partner marketing in infrastructure software, storage, data, or cloud. The position requires hands-on experience with VARs and distributors, a record of pipeline-generating joint marketing plans, partner event and MDF experience, Salesforce proficiency, clear writing and executive presentation skills, and willingness to travel. Experience with PRM or through-channel marketing platforms and relevant AI infrastructure, data platform, object storage, analytics, or early-stage partner program backgrounds is also described.
