Sr Manager FP&A
About The Position
The Sr Manager FP&A supports the R&D organization through analysis, reporting, and collaboration across the business. The role improves business performance by analyzing R&D investments, portfolio decisions, and resource allocation; evaluating project execution against strategic plans; and supporting leadership decisions through forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting. The position also develops key performance indicators, supports portfolio evaluations, and creates solutions that improve organizational visibility and accountability. The job description also refers to the position as a MedSurg R&D Analyst responsible for analysis in support of R&D business needs. The position is hybrid, based in Eagan, Minnesota, with work in the office two days a week. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and ten years of numeric-based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED and fourteen years of such experience.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
