Amex Offers Marketing Operations (AOMO), part of Amex Offers Digital Media (AODM), is a global organization that sits within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) within the US Consumer Services Business. MPS is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term. AOMO is Marketing Operations center of excellence within AODM with the charter of driving high quality, customer-first marketing that accelerates business growth through optimized go-to-market solutions and the development of best-in-class mar tech products & processes. This role will report to the Director, Amex Offers MarOps Solutions and lead one analyst. This position will be responsible for the strategic consultation, enablement, and execution of US Amex Offers campaigns, as well as operational reporting and process optimization to drive business outcomes.
