Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities on technical advancements.
- Responsible for department budgeting, including all maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, outside services and departmental labor.
- Ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
- Champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis and other appropriate continuous improvement tools.
- Participates in and supports the Environment Health and Safety Program, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out/tag-out program and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.
