About The Position

The Americas Sr. Logistics Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end logistics operations across the Americas region, including warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, inventory strategy, and logistics network performance. This role ensures alignment between regional business needs and Global Logistics capabilities, while driving service, cost, compliance, and risk performance across a complex and high-volume operating environment. The position partners closely with business leaders and the Global Logistics team to develop and execute logistics strategies that support commercial goals, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen standardization across the region. This leader is also responsible for building high-performing teams, managing budgets and projects, and driving continuous improvement through data, best practices, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or related operations leadership roles.
Proven experience leading regional or multi-country logistics operations in a complex business environment.
Strong experience in warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and trade compliance.
Demonstrated success developing and executing logistics strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
Experience managing teams through direct leadership and/or through managers and supervisors.
Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with global or centralized logistics teams.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Connect business unit needs with global logistics services and solutions.
Work with business leaders to create logistics plans that meet customer and operational needs.
Design and improve supply chain and logistics networks for better service, cost, and risk management.
Track and communicate key performance metrics to internal teams and external partners.
Manage logistics projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Set, interpret, and improve logistics policies, procedures, systems, and operating standards, including trade compliance regulations.
Support and guide supervisors and staff to solve operational and technical problems.
