About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking an Americas Regional Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations across the United States and Mexico. The role will build reliable regional execution, cross-border controls, and partner accountability to support manufacturing, distribution, and customer deliveries. It is a hybrid position based in the United States. Candidates at various experience levels are welcome; level and compensation will be determined through the interview process. The manager will own regional logistics performance across inbound, outbound, intercompany, and cross-border flows, focusing on on-time delivery and shipment milestone adherence. The role manages logistics providers and coordinates US-Mexico shipments and contract-manufacturer movements, while partnering with Trade Compliance and Mexico operations on IMMEX controls and reconciliation. It also develops operating procedures, dashboards, reviews, and contingency plans, using operational data to improve service, compliance, and total landed logistics cost. The position works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Support. Regulatory interpretations, licensing decisions, financial disposition approvals, and policy exceptions are escalated to accountable owners. The offer is contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, which may depend on citizenship or permanent residency status, or obtaining prior license approval.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional process improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with US-Mexico manufacturing supply chains and IMMEX-related logistics.

  • Lead issue resolution with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Escalate regulatory interpretations, licensing decisions, financial disposition approvals, and policy exceptions to accountable owners.
