About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking an Americas Regional Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations across the United States and Mexico. The role will build reliable regional execution, cross-border controls, and partner accountability to support manufacturing, distribution, and customer deliveries. It is hybrid and based in the United States. Candidates at various experience levels are welcome; the appropriate level will be assessed during interviews, and the offer will align with that level, which may differ from the one in the posting. The manager will oversee regional inbound, outbound, intercompany, and cross-border logistics; manage freight and logistics providers; coordinate US-Mexico shipments and contract-manufacturer movements; and lead issue resolution across internal teams. The role also develops operating procedures, dashboards, reviews, and contingency plans, using logistics data to improve delivery reliability, controls, and cost without compromising service or compliance. It partners with regional operations and Trade Compliance on US-Mexico operations and IMMEX-related logistics. Employment offers are contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology. Due to U.S. export laws, eligibility may depend on citizenship or permanent-residency status, or the ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or another applicable federal agency. If employment is not possible under these laws, an offer will be rescinded. The posting states compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100,000 to $500,000, including base and variable compensation targets, and that actual offers depend on experience, skills, education, background, and location.
