About The Position

As a Sr. Implementation Specialist on our Mid-Market Implementation team, you will own the successful delivery of technical integration solutions for SPS Commerce clients, serving as the key escalation point between the client and SPS partners. You'll build strong relationships with customers, clearly understand their business goals, and ensure every implementation is executed with accuracy, urgency, and a focus on exceeding expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience
3+ years of account management, relationship management, or product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment
Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets
Demonstrated expertise with the NetSuite ERP system, including implementation or configuration experience
Working knowledge of supply chain technology and the retail/wholesale ecosystem
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and partners
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Prior exposure to third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers preferred
