About The Position

Texas Tissue Converting is seeking an ERP Implementation Coordinator to support all phases of a new ERP system rollout, from requirements gathering and data migration through testing, training, and go-live. The role serves as a communication hub between internal teams, ERP consultants, and leadership, supporting implementation work in a manufacturing environment. The position is full-time and onsite in Conroe, Texas.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in ERP support, IT coordination, or project coordination.
Understanding of manufacturing or distribution operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor SyteLine.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing or converting environment.
Familiarity with data migration, testing, or process mapping.
Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily ERP implementation tasks across operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and warehouse teams.
Serve as the main point of contact between Texas Tissue, the ERP vendor, and outside consultants.
Maintain project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
Document business processes and help define future workflows.
Assist with data migration, including extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload.
Participate in system configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
Support the creation of training materials and help deliver user training sessions.
Provide hands-on user support during go-live and stabilization periods.
