The Senior I Workforce Management Application Developer designs, develops, and supports integrations and application enhancements for the organization’s Time & Attendance and HR systems, primarily using UKG Pro and Boomi. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Operations, configuration specialists, customers, business analysts, and technical staff to understand time, pay, and accrual requirements and turn them into technical solutions, data flows, and system changes. The position participates in the full systems development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support. It contributes to application configuration and administration, integration support, component and data architecture, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy-versus-build recommendations. The developer serves as a technical subject matter expert, helps ensure solutions meet enterprise architectural standards, and mentors less-experienced staff. The role also supports UKG Pro WFM end users by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting application errors, and assists with evaluating, testing, deploying, and stabilizing UKG Pro WFM releases. The position is hybrid in New York City, as indicated in the job title.
