The Senior Human Resources Generalist, Marketing & Communications (Sr. HRG) serves as a key HR Operations partner, providing end-to-end support across the employee life cycle and supports HR management to implement key initiatives for the Marketing & Communications Business Unit. The Sr. HR Generalist, Marketing & Communications administers and maintains HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, with direct responsibility for executing HR transactions in Workday ensuring accurate employee data and system compliance. They will respond to moderately complex employee and manager inquiries, support employee relations and compliance activities, and partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure accurate, timely and policy-aligned outcomes. The Sr. HRG will also support recruiting operations, prepare and maintain HR reports and contribute to HR operational projects and process improvements. Reports to Sr HR Manager.
