Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

FourKitesChicago, IL
$90,000 - $120,000

About The Position

At FourKites, we offer the opportunity to tackle complex challenges with real-world impacts. Our platform assists customers like Cardinal Health with medical supplies and Walmart with groceries, enabling them to operate efficient, agile, and sustainable global supply chains. We are seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the programs that convert target accounts into qualified pipeline. This role is responsible for demand generation end-to-end, including paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), nurture campaigns, and content syndication. The position also involves shared ownership of our webinar program and close collaboration on overall messaging strategy and brand direction. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for an individual comfortable with both optimizing paid search accounts and building nurture sequences. You will set demand generation campaign strategy and drive it forward independently, while collaborating with the Director on how that strategy aligns with FourKites' broader narrative.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Strong project management instincts — comfortable building the templates, processes, and calendars that keep a marketing team organized.
  • A collaborative style; you'll work closely with the Director, sales, content, and marketing operations.
  • Comfort working with data and marketing ops to track performance — fluent enough in the numbers to know what to test next.
  • Strong writing skills — clear, human copy for campaigns, even if long-form content isn't your primary focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology and AI agents experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the integrated marketing plan spanning paid, content, and lifecycle programs, with a roadmap and budget to hit awareness, conversion, and pipeline targets.
  • Own strategy and execution for all demand generation campaigns that nurture and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific nurture programs, including email sends, in coordination with sales development.
  • Own end-to-end execution for roughly half of our webinar program (platform administration, promotion, registration, and follow-up).
  • Draft first-pass content supporting demand gen campaigns — landing pages, campaign emails, ad copy, and gated assets — for review and refinement.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign work — drafting and iterating on copy, summarizing performance data, and speeding up day-to-day execution across programs.
  • Own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, and budget allocation across funnel stages.
  • Own quarterly keyword planning — competitive gap analysis, tiered keyword strategy, and forecasting.
  • Maintain and refresh our ICP and target persona/title lists each half or after major launches.
  • Own content syndication programs end-to-end — vendor selection and contracting, asset delivery, and lead handoff with marketing ops and SDRs.
  • Own third-party promotions and paid placements, from vendor outreach through performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain campaign planning templates and calendars that keep stakeholders aligned on timing, assets, and channels.
  • Partner with our agency contractors to manage social media, drafting roughly two posts per week and connecting stakeholders from other departments.
  • Partner with the Director, Corporate Marketing on nurture and webinar strategy — you own execution, and align with her on direction and messaging.
  • Partner with marketing operations on reporting infrastructure — pipeline sourced/influenced, cost per opportunity, channel-level ROI.
  • Continuously test, measure, and iterate on targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
