About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic and intuitive marketing generalist for our expanding Retail-OEM Growth Marketing team. This team is comprised of individual contributors who interact extensively with cross-functional teams within Assurant to drive results for Assurant’s top, Retail and OEM clients. As the Retail-OEM Sr Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for messaging, positioning, and materials to support both consumer and B2B audiences for your clients. You will use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to optimize and improve program performance and help retain and grow our client partnerships. The role offers flexibility with a virtual work environment. Assurant is a Fortune 500 global company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and execution.
  • Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaign in the Retail-OEM industry.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years’ relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics.
  • 4+ years’ product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support.
  • Proven experience in customer, client and market research.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

  • Lead with a consumer-first mindset, building marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty across the full customer life cycle.
  • Translate business goals into clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with real people.
  • Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for your accounts - turning business objectives into effective marketing strategies, creative direction, and campaign briefs that drive results.
  • Confidently bring go-to-market strategies to life, using proven tools and frameworks while adapting approaches to meet unique audience needs, timelines, and channels.
