About The Position

At Infotech, the Sr. Frontend Engineer or Team Lead will help modernize products used in road and infrastructure construction, including evolving a desktop application into a web-based experience. The role builds on an established UX/UI foundation to create a faster, more accessible, and more consistent customer experience across commercial product applications. The engineer turns design artifacts into polished interfaces, writes clean and testable code, and collaborates with peers to evolve architecture across full-stack and split-stack applications. The role calls for practical, maintainable solutions aligned with product goals, strong communication and collaboration, and an AI-first approach to software development. At the Team Lead level, the position also guides the modernization effort, sets team standards, and supports engineers' growth. Infotech's frontend team focuses on learning customer challenges and building software that makes their work easier, faster, and less complicated. The team is curious, creative, approachable, ambitious, customer-focused, supportive, communicative, and continually evolving. The position is open to fully remote candidates within the United States. Infotech also supports remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements whenever possible.
